Our finishes

Quality and precision
Using high-precision CNC machines alongside manual finishing techniques to ensure the quality and performance of the movements:
- Winding, working and time-setting stems

A precision finishing operation
Using specialised rolling machines enables us to carry out high-precision work on the wheels and pinions, contributing to the precision, surface quality and durability of the watches.

A quality finish
Polishing is used to alter the finish of parts, whether for enhanced precision or performance. We meet the aesthetic and technical requirements stipulated by the customer.
Stages:
- Preparation, cleaning and inspection
- Initial polishing
- Intermediate polishing
- Final polishing

A custom finishing operation
With our specialised sandblasting equipment, we can clean components to remove all oxides, manufacturing residue and other impurities.

Customised etching
Juradec has a laser etching machine, able to produce customised parts. Hence we can add decorative elements or numerals for you.
